Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-24
This Cookie Policy describes the categories of cookies and similar technologies used on the Site https://dreamapp.cloud, jointly operated by Omnes S.r.l.s. and Pub New Dream S.r.l. as part of the DreamApp platform, in compliance with the Italian DPA Guidelines on cookies of 10 June 2021, Directive 2002/58/EC (“ePrivacy”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). For details on the joint controllers and their registration data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that visited sites place on the user's device to enable proper operation or to store session information and preferences. They can be issued by the visited site (“first-party” cookies) or by different domains (“third-party” cookies). Similar technologies (web beacons, pixel tags, local storage, fingerprinting) are treated as equivalent to cookies for consent purposes.
2. Categories of cookies used
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies (always active)
Necessary cookies are essential for browsing and operating the Site. They do not require consent under art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code.
2.2 Preferences cookies
Store the user's choices, such as the selected language or UI preferences, to personalise the experience. Activated only upon consent.
2.3 Statistics / analytics cookies
Collect aggregated information about the number of users, how they visit the Site and which content is most viewed, in order to improve the service quality. Activated only upon consent.
2.4 Marketing / profiling cookies
Used to build user profiles and to display advertising aligned with preferences expressed during browsing. Activated only upon explicit consent.
2.5 Campaign identifiers (qr_id, UTM)
Campaign landing pages (e.g. /campaign/wmf-2026-bologna) read the qr_id and utm_* parameters from the URL to attribute the visitor source (which QR was scanned, which channel brought the click) and persist them only for the duration of the browser session in local sessionStorage. These identifiers are not used to profile the user, only to measure the effectiveness of the individual campaign. They are not cookies and are cleared when the tab is closed.
3. Active cookies table
| Service | Category | Purpose | Duration | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| nda_consent_v1 | Strictly necessary | Stores the user's cookie banner choices | 12 months | First-party (joint controllers) |

4. Legal basis and data retention
Processing of personal data through strictly necessary cookies is based on the joint controllers' legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). All other cookies (preferences, statistics, marketing) rely on the data subject's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), freely given through the first-access banner. Collected data are retained for the duration shown in the table and in any case no longer than 12 months from the moment of consent, unless renewed.
5. How to manage and withdraw consent
The user can change their cookie preferences at any time through:
- the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of every page of the Site;
- the settings of their browser (instructions vary depending on the browser used: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera);
- the opt-out tools provided by third-party providers (links in the table at paragraph 3).
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (art. 7.3 GDPR).
6. Extra-EU transfers
Google, Microsoft and Meta may transfer data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses and of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See the Privacy Policy, paragraph 8, for details.
7. Contacts
For any cookie or privacy-related request please write to the joint controllers' single point of contact: support@omnes.cloud.
8. Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated at any time. The last update date is shown at the top of the document.
